A New Rule

I would like to introduce a new rule that will be for all members and staff. As of lately, I have noticed that the hours of CS has been reduced by a lot. To keep things simple, the new rule is: You MUST be play at least 15 hours of CS for the past 2 weeks. I will be checking on your steam page to see how much you guys are playing. This new rule will hopefully keep players active and will begin on the following week, Sunday, December 13 2009. If a member does not follow up, there will be consequences.

Also, if for some reason you cannot or are having trouble maintaining this due to external circumstances, just make sure to let us know.
