Well, all I can say is Good Luck! Even though, this application won't be reviewed for at least a week since we, as leaders just declined your previous application. This will have to take some time until then try to practice as much as you can and focus what you need to work on.

We have reached a decision and we are sorry to say that your application has been declined. As for us leaders, we know how much you wanted to join but there wasn't much improvement from your previous tryout. There was some requirements that you have not met so therefore, we ask you to try and to take our advice until next time. Even though, you tried applying for a second time, we still hope that you still try to re-apply in the future.
