i've been wanting to get into a career in IT but, more on the hardware side cus i'm too lazy to learn software and programming Very Happy. so i want to get a job in network installing or network admins like what kind of qualifications do i need? Very Happy

Well netadmins deal a lot with software as well. I'd say if you were interested in just the hardware to start with the A+ certification. If you don't mind learning the server software side (no programming required), then work your way up the Microsoft cert ladder with a MCTS and then MCITP.
